Food cooking and food container heating
Steam cooking is the healthiest method available and is often the most commonly used by large scale distribution. In school and company canteens where, of late, nutritional and quality checks are becoming more and more frequent, the use of steam is becoming more and more widespread. And how to keep foodstuff hot once they are ready for distribution? By connecting one of our steam generators to food containers in order to keep their contents warm until they are served. This is a simple example of the use of steam “from producer to consumer”.
